National Disability Insurance Scheme

National Disability Insurance Scheme

Holistic Incontinence is proud to be an approved provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The independent statutory agent is the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Its main role is to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant or permanent disability. It also provides support for their families and carers. The NDIA is implementing this through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) priority is to support people with a permanent or significant disability under the age of 65. It aims to provide the supports they need to live an ordinary life. The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, The focus is to invest in people with a disability early in life. This results in an improvement to their outcomes later in life.

Participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme are on two main different payment structures:

NDIS Funding:

Participants wanting to purchase incontinence products from Holistic Incontinence need to provide us with a few details. These include

  • NDIS Number
  • Participant’s Full Name
  • Incontinence Pads or Products Quantity
  • Size
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number and Email for delivery and tracking of the parcel

The Holistic Team will take care of the rest for you. Our Holistic Team then creates a service agreement online through the NDIS portal. Generally overnight, the NDIS make the payment of the full invoice amount as requested by you and the order is shipped out the next day directly to your door. It’s a very simple process that can be completed over the phone at 1800 103 933 with one of our Holistic Team Members or via email: care@holisticincontinence.com.au.

NDIS Self Funding:

Participants who self manage their own fund can make a purchase via email, over the phone or online themselves through their preferred payment option. If you wish to wait until the funding is available in your account you may opt for the bank transfer option when creating your order. You can pay the order amount once the NDIS receives the money. Once we receive payment, we will ship your order out.
