Holistic Shipping Overview
We offer express shipping by our trusted couriers to most areas around Australia however there are some exclusions for rural and regional areas. Extra delivery fees will be automatically added to orders at the checkout.
Delivery times vary for different states and regions of Australia.
Our processing and packing times are generally less than 24 hours unless orders are placed on the weekend as all couriers have parcel pickups during the week from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 9am will go that day. Holistic Incontinence uses Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers to send parcels and all products sent require a signature for delivery. This covers both parties with insurance in the case of loss or damage. If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives a calling card will be left at your door or in your letterbox.
Couriers Please:
The majority of orders are sent through Couriers Please. If you are not home at the time of delivery your order will be sent to the nearest pop point for you to collect at a time that suits you. Your order will be held for 5 business days awaiting your collection. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe the order will be returned to us. Shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
Fastway Couriers:
If you are not at home when they leave the calling card, you will then have the opportunity to sign the card and leave an authority for the package to be left somewhere if you are not going to be home. The driver will then return the following day to deliver the package or follow the instructions left on the card.
If you wish to go with another courier please email us and we will explore other options for you. Note there may be an additional fee with some other couriers. Use the list below and map of Australia to check your delivery time and zone. Please Note: We cannot ship packages to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as a signature is required and this service is not available with our courier. If you do require your package to be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker please send us an enquiry with your address details and the products you wish to purchase and we will look into shipping rates through another courier and let you know of any additional charges for this service.

- Pink – NSW Rural and Regional areas (1-2 days)
- Red – Major towns including Melbourne (1-2 days)
- Orange – Major towns QLD, SA and TAS (3-5 days)
- Green – Far Nth QLD & Perth (4-9 days)
- Aqua – Parts of the White areas (4-9 days)
- White – Rural and Regional areas QLD, VIC, SA, WA & TAS (4-9 days)
- Grey – WA, NT, SA & QLD Regions (4-9 days)
You can request for the delivery driver to leave the package at the front door however the items will not be covered by loss or damage insurance. You will have the option to request the authority to leave the parcel at our checkout cart page by leaving us a message in the message box. Please note: in the unfortunate event that you do not receive your package; we cannot accept responsibility for any missing or damaged parcels so we highly advise against this option.
Many regional and rural areas around Australia are not eligible to receive free shipping and discounts. To check your shipping area, please proceed through to the checkout until you reach the shipping page. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SUBURB IS SPELT CORRECTLY, so you don’t get overcharged.
