Returns
Holistic Incontinence are happy to provide a full 100% refund should you find that the products are damaged or faulty. To return any products please fill out the contact form.
To be eligible for a refund your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the products have been returned and inspected we will provide you with a full refund.
If you wish to have the products replaced once your claim has been accepted we will send the replacements out immediately.
Exchanges
Holistic Incontinence will not return and refund products for change of mind or the wrong size.
An exchange may be arranged with all shipping and administration costs being paid in full by the customer within 14 days of the purchase. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved your exchange items will be processed and shipped out the same day.
